Virginia State Inspector/Automotive Technician – $110K+ Potential | No Weekends | Busy Shop

Who This Role Is For

We’re hiring an experienced automotive technician with a Virginia State Inspection license who understands that good diagnostics, solid repairs, and efficient workflow go hand in hand.

We don’t expect perfection—but we do expect professional judgment, consistency, and awareness of the customer’s time. Our customers rely on their vehicles, and your ability to diagnose efficiently, repair correctly, and keep work moving makes a real difference in their day.

  • Most experienced technicians earn $110,000+ per year
